Shipping

Small paintings, packed slowly for a long journey.

Every shipment is handled after the painting has dried, been approved, and is ready to travel with its story intact.

Production time

Most private commissions are quoted for a 6-8 week studio window. Oil paint needs time to dry safely before final packaging, so urgent gift dates are reviewed before payment is accepted.

Final approval

Before dispatch, the studio sends a private preview. Shipping begins only after the painting is approved, dry enough to travel, and packed for international delivery.

International delivery

Orders are prepared for tracked international delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. DHL is the preferred carrier when available.

Address confirmation

The studio confirms the recipient name, full address, phone number, and delivery country before booking shipment. A phone number is required for most international couriers.

Customs and duties

Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility unless a written quote states otherwise.

Gift presentation

Each painting is packed as a small keepsake: protected for travel, ready to open, and accompanied by a memory note or edition information when applicable.

Before dispatch

If the painting is for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, holiday, or a fixed travel date, include the deadline in the commission brief. The studio will confirm whether the date is realistic before taking payment.
