These terms are written for private commissions and limited edition purchases from Pocket Travel Painting.
Payment
Payment is requested only after the studio confirms the composition, timeline, delivery country, and next steps. One secure payment link reserves the production slot.
Handmade variation
Pocket Travel Painting sells hand-painted original works. Color, texture, brushwork, and composition may differ from reference photos and from screen previews.
Timeline
Production windows are estimates. Weather, oil paint drying time, reference clarity, revision requests, shipping service delays, or customs review may affect final delivery.
Shipping details
The buyer must provide an accurate recipient name, address, phone number, and delivery country. Delays or costs caused by incorrect shipping information are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are not included unless explicitly stated in the written quote.
Cancellation
Once composition, sourcing, or painting work begins, cancellation and refund options are limited because the piece is created for a specific memory.
Images and portfolio use
The studio may ask permission to share finished works, process videos, or reference stories. Private gifts and personal details can remain confidential when requested.
